Room 3 has a double bed and a bunk bed and can accomodate 4 persons. (Room 2 and 3 has a shared bathroom).Separate guest house good for 4 persons with a full bathroom.

Guest can access all the common areas including pool,kitchen,living and dining area. A spacious parking space is available infront for free.
We also has a bamboo cottage and some tables with umbrella for you to enjoy and relax outside.

The airbnb calender is accurate.If the dates dont show as available,it means they are already booked.
You may contact me through text and calls. The caretakers will most often be around for maintenance.
Early check in is allowed but it will depend on the availability of the unit or if the outgoing guest will check out earlier than the mandatory check out time.
Toilet paper and towel (per guest) will be provided and will be surrendered to the caretaker before leaving the rooms.
For longer stays, cleaning of the room will be done by the guest throughout.
Please wash your plates,utensils,etc.We do not charge the guest for extra fee for cleaning the rooms but we do hope that guest observe cleanliness and respect the house rules.
Turn off lights and remove plug of all appliances when leaving the room.
Smoking can be done outside and not inside the rooms or the house.
The host can also arrange you a car for rent should you need one.
We have a 14 seater van that can be offered for guest coming from manila to the province if you need one.

One of the greatest advantages of this house is that itś completely safe and police station are just a text away. The Barangay Chairman lives a few blocks away too. A private elementary school is just beside the area that is why the place are meant to be safe.We are in the very center of the town of Aguilar and a 20 mins drive to Mangatarem the so-called Selfie Capital of Pangasinan the Daang Kalikasan where you can view and see the amazing view of the nature mountain of Pangasinan-Zambales overlooking.
