Perfect location, in Alba Di Canazei, at the footsteps of the forest, just 200 m. to "Ciampac" lifet - taking you straight up to the famous SellaRondah in the high "Val di Fassa"-well-known for beautiful mountains and superb tourist facilities.
This apartment is situated in the lovely condo, "Cesa Fraines 18", in Alba Di Canazei at the foot of the forest, just 200 meters to the "Ciampac" lift that takes you straight to the Sella Rondah ski connection in the high "Val di Fassa", which is well-known for its beautiful mountains and its superb tourist facilities. The main center of Canazei is just under 2 KM away and the ski bus stop, which connects the entire valley, is just about 50 meters away.
The 45 sq. meter apartment has one bedroom, a living-room and a built-in kitchen, and one bathroom (with shower) and is located on the ground floor of the complex. It can accommodate up to 5 guests (4 adults and 1 child).
There are 2 twin beds-than can be joined as a queen- in the bedroom, a sofa that turns into 2 single beds in the living room, and a sofa/chair-bed which is more suitable for children. There is a dining area, which can comfortably sit up to 6 (a bench and 3 chairs).
In the apartment, we provide the following amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stovetop (4 burners), a microwave and an electric kettle. Washing machine, WiFi and Italian satellite TV, and of course central heat in the winter.
Linens and towels can be provided as well, with advance reservation, 20 € per person – paid directly to the management company onsite.
In the complex, you will find free parking and access to lockers for your ski equipment. There is a well-equipped grocery store as well, and ski equipment rental shop that rents bikes in the summer. There is also a charming little pub where you can hang-out in the evenings (or morning, if you so wish ;) ).
Right beside to the complex is the "La Cacciatora" hotel with a nice restaurant and a bowling hall. In addition, 600 m away there is also the famous kosher "MyHotel".
During "off season" some shops and attractions might not be active.
We'll arrange for your easy check-in and will be on call throughout your stay if there is anything we can assist with :)
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Check is between 4-7 PM (16:00-19:00).
2. Check-in and checkout can't be on a Sunday.
3. During "off season" some shops and attractions might not be active.
4. Linen and towels are provided at an extra charge of 20 € per guests, paid directly to the managing company on site.
5. There is a tourist tax in Canazei of 0.7 Euros per guest per night which will be charged separately upon arrival to the apartment.
6. The central heating is closed during the summer, however, if you are cold, let us know and we can have a portable heater brought to the apartment.
