Ash Barn is part of our newly converted barn on our smallholding, where we have our home and two holiday lets. Each holiday let is an entire separated property, each with an enclosed and private outdoor garden space. There is space to spread out safely within our smallholding fields. In the top field we have separate seating areas for both Ash Barn and its sister Cob Barn. Here the countryside views and the night sky can be enjoyed. We are located in the stunning Teme Valley which offers a special and varied landscape, with an abundance of wildlife and a wide range of activities and places to visit. For local walks there are many public footpaths with one leading off through our fields. Ash Barn is a peaceful rural retreat, located in Worcestershire and close to the Herefordshire and Shropshire borders. We operate with Self Check-in lock box. For your reassurance when booking with us, we are committed to the Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. We want our guests to enjoy a Home away from Home holiday.

Ash Barn is an ideal place for a romantic break or a family holiday to explore the local attractions and pretty historic market towns. It is also well placed for exploring further afield. The renowned local pub The Bell is only a 30 minute walk from Ash Barn.

Ash Barn is a single level luxury barn conversion. It is semi-detached with sister property Cob Barn. You enter the barn through its own separate entrance with a delightful enclosed private garden. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is light and airy. There is a well equiped kitchen offering an electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The cosy living space has a 32"screen TV with DVD player. The dining area has a table with seating for four. There is a modern bathroom with an "L" shaped bath and shower.

Bedroom One has a king size bed with ample storage space, a full-length wall mirror. There are two windows giving views across the garden and fields. Bedroom Two has two 3ft single beds. There is ample hanging space and shelves. There is a full length wall mirror.

For families we can supply a Joie travel cot with bassinet (please bring own cot bedding), highchair, changing mat, raiser step for sink/loo, children's tableware, books and toys.

Wifi continuous access
The property has full eco-friendly electric heating
Free parking for two cars directly beside the property

The enclosed garden offers space to dine outside. By the front door is an enclosed storage for walking boots.

We have a guest laundry room just a short step from Ash Barn, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This area is shared with our other holiday Barn - Cob Barn. With the present social distancing requirements, each holiday let will have allocated times to use the laundry. We would ask that Cob Barn use the laundry up to 12.30 p.m. and Ash Barn will have use in the afternoon. We can then clean in-between uses.

If you bring bicycles we have an open bike storage area with bolted rings for securing up to four bikes.

ゲストの立ち入り範囲
Ash Barn is set on one level. There is a small step up into the garden and a small low threshold over the front door into the property.

その他の特記事項
Each holiday Barn has its own entrance and enclosed garden or patio so offering privacy.

The Laundry Room - We will be operating timed use of the laundry room. With Ash Barn having access during the afternoon and Cob Barn during the morning. We will then deep clean the laundry room twice a day.
