The unit is very quiet and private with only one other unit on the floor. It is located in a diverse community.

Guests will have access to the entire condo(solely). The property will NOT be shared with anyone else while guests are booked during that time.

Pets: This is a pet friendly property - Restrictions apply: no more than 1 dog. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE (couch, chair, bed). Must get permission from host for guest traveling with more than 1 pet.
Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking inside the property. There is a patio off of the bedroom where smoking is allowed. Please properly dispose of your butts afterwards.

The condo is located in the heart of Aurora. There are tons of restaurants, shops, fitness centers and entertainment venues all just a short drive away. There are also a couple of neighborhood parks nearby.
