A big garden with a hot garden shower and toilet for taking the sand off after a beach visit, a 120sqr meter house, well vented, with big windows and big porches. The floor is heated in the winter and the fire place has wood. The house has remote controlled window shades all around. The rooms are big and spacious, and the wooden pieces are all solid and naturally fallen (no trees were especially cut for it).

Bet Yannay is probably the most famous surfers village in Israel, other then world champion surfer as an instructor, there are several surf shops that rent equipment and a lifeguarded beach.
The village roads just got renovated so everything is clean and comfortable. For kids, there is a small amusement park and occasionally some activities at the village center.
