In response to COVID-19 we are throughly cleaning all surfaces and door handles with bleach. This includes counter tops, stove tops, refrigerator, tables. Also handles on doors, shower, sinks, and floors. Be assured your apartment will be cleaned completely and thoroughly before your arrival.
This lovely building is an early to mid-twentieth century home with tons of charm. Expect to see a few outdated, though highly functional, fixtures during your stay, such as heat radiators, custom doorknobs, telephone plug-ins, and sometimes squeaky hardwood floors that are sure to bring a spring to your step! While the property does not have a modern feel, it is still wonderfully cozy and outfitted with some up-to-date technology such as Wifi with plenty of bandwidth and electronic keypad deadbolts for convenience and security.
The unit is up one flight of stairs, as well as a set of 2 stairs to the front porch.
その他の特記事項
There are NO PARTIES allowed. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM on week nights and 11 PM on weekends. No Smoking allowed.

Hey Airbnb world, my name is Alex. The most relevant piece of information about myself is that I'm not very good at writing personal descriptions. But giving it a go (with help from the prompts), life motto would be "Express yourself". Favorite food is ice cream. Hopefully that's not worrisome that an adult has ice cream as their favorite food still.
