Private guest studio recently built in trendy East Austin, just off the beaten path in a quiet and sleepy neighborhood. This clean and modern studio is 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and a short walk from popular bus routes. Dreamy queen-sized bed, kitchen essentials with stocked fridge, Apple TV and Chromecast, and filled with sunlight and plants from Tillery St Plant Co. There is so much to see and do in East Austin!

Your studio is a 300 sq ft space tucked away between Unit A and Unit B on the lot. There is a staircase leading to the unit and a keypad entry. The bed is a wonderfully comfortable queen-sized memory-foam mattress with high-quality bedding. The space has a dresser, nightstand with charging cables, and kitchen essentials like a microwave, stocked mini-fridge, Chemex and Keurig coffeemakers, and plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, super plush towels, shampoo and body wash, and most other toiletry essentials should you forget anything.
