A cozy 3 bedroom flat with balcony – situated near to the center of Kiel - it benefits from no street noise and green surrounding’s – perfect base for having a rest or to enter the unique “Kieler Woche”! You can reach the center of Kiel in some minutes.

The flat is on the 1st floor – 3 persons can stay overnight (in case of exception till 4 persons). The living room has been renovated recently by myself.

The flat is designed to cater for all your needs: kitchen, bathroom and the balcony are fully equipped (towels, hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, garden furniture’s etc.). Behind the house there is lawn and barbeque area. If you are staying with children you may use the playground in front of the house.

In the neighbourhood live children aged 0 between 15 years. There is a house rule of no parties at the flat. Please do not smoke in the flat. Pets are not allowed. We thank you for not entering the 2 rooms of my children. Please do treat this place as your own home and respect the neighbors.

Nearly anything you would want to visit in Kiel is in walking distance of the flat (30 minutes to walk to the city center). You are also welcome to take the bus (approx. 10 minutes). Nearby there is a huge shopping center (a 10 minutes’ walk).
