The location of our apartment is one of Amsterdam’s popular and comfortable neighborhoods, Oud-West. It is close to many Amsterdam city highlights. The apartment is situated on the second floor (45m2). The apartment is private and has its own entrance, so you have the entire place for yourself. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons.

The apartment is situated on the second floor (45m2). The apartment is private and has its own entrance, so you have the entire place for yourself. We share the communal stairs with our friendly neighbors. (The stairs are small and steep, and therefore may not be suitable for elderly people or small children).
The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and a small balcony, including:
- Fridge, microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), electric kettle, cooking utensils
- Cable TV, wireless internet, chromecast
- Washing machine (detergent available)
- Air fan
The bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Next to the bedroom is a small balcony, where you can sit outside.
The bathroom with shower is modern and clean. Clean sheets and towels are all included. The toilet is separate.
The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided. Smoking inside is not permitted.

The location of our apartment is one of Amsterdam’s popular and comfortable neighborhoods, Oud-West. It is close to many Amsterdam city highlights, such as the Vondelpark, Museumplein (Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum and Stedelijk Museum), the famous Leidseplein and very close to Amsterdam’s picturesque canal belt with its 9 Streets District and the Jordaan (all within reasonable walking distance). Highlights of our neighbourhood are De Hallen (including foodstalls, small designer shops and a cinema) and the Ten Kate-market (a daily streetmarket, only closed on Sunday). In our street (Kinkerstraat) and in the whole neighborhood, you can find many more good shops, supermarkets, coffee bars, cafes and restaurants.

Hi, welcome to our home! Our names are Nick and Wieteke. We are living in Amsterdam for approximately 10 years now. We still love Amsterdam and we hope you will too.
