WinterInn is located approximately 7 miles North of Old Forge in Holiday Shores Estates, a private waterfront community. WinterInn is a cozy, year round cottage with lots of Adirondack charm. This property features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat-in kitchen and spacious living rooms. Cable TV, WiFi and DVD player are included. Comforters, pillows and blankets are also included. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot, stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, pots, pans and all utensils. During your stay guests have access to all of the community amenities including a sandy beach and chairs, a boat dock (available for rent) and launch, fire pit at the beach, tennis court, basketball, baseball field, volleyball, and a children's play area. The surrounding area also offers hiking and biking trails. If you wish to rent a boat, its a short walk next door to Palmer Point Boat Rentals. Absolutely no pets or smoking is permitted indoors.
