Spacious private apartment includes a bedroom with an updated private bathroom and a living room with walkout entrance from driveway. Safe neighborhood. We offer breakfast, WiFi, dishware, extra blankets and pillows, TV, fridge, etc. and are more than happy to make any accommodations you may need. Very easy to access from I-80, I-35, and I-235. We accommodate children and babies! We are pet friendly as long as you tell us you are bringing pets!!! Stay with us, you won't regret it!

Very spacious off-street parking area (Driveway). Self check-in with a door lock code. There are no stairs, so very ADA friendly. Quiet neighborhood located close to the interstate and the Jordan Creek Shopping Center. Living room faces west and offers plenty of sunshine and privacy. Comfy bar area to enjoy a meal or evening beverage.
Before you leave, please open the curtains and ensure the door is locked. We will offer our guests a breakfast item during their stay. We have plenty of balls and yard games available for use as well. Laundry available upon request. GUESTS WITH PETS MUST DECLARE WHAT TYPE OF PET AND HOW MANY THEY WILL BE BRINGING. Also, please inform us if you will be needing more than 1 parking space or have a trailer to accommodate.
We have two outdoor kittens.
Note: We do occasionally use the back door to get to our backyard which is at the top of the staircase. We’ve added privacy doors at the base of the stairs.

The neighborhood surrounding the home is primarily single-family new construction. Plenty of kids playing and great access to miles of trails nearby. Our home is 1 mile from the Jordan Creek Town Center Mall. Valley View Aquatic Center is 1 mile south. A reasonable walk to the mall, Jordan area restaurants, and aquatic center.

I'm a born and raised mid-western farm girl. I come from a large family and wouldn't trade that for the world. My husband and I have two little boys and a baby girl that we love to death, but need an occasional grown-ups only get away. I have very high standards that I hold myself and those around me to, so I expect a lot, but I also give a lot. The saying "treat others how you want to be treated" was used frequently in my house, so I live by that phrase. I enjoy nice quiet nights in, but I also enjoy going out, seeing the world and broadening my horizons. I love to cook! I'm a big fan of learning histories of places we visit (my husband is not). The up stairs is completely off limits and locked. Our 1+ acre backyard has an awesome tree swing and hammock that can be used at your leisure. There are many mature trees for plenty of shady outdoor enjoyment. Basketball hoop at driveway is available for use. Backyard patio seating and grill are also offered for use.
