Our villa is located in the heart of Sawtell. Just 200m to the beach and across the road from a convenience store you won’t need to go far. From beautiful beaches to chic cafes and boutique stores Sawtell is sure to impress and we are just meters from it all.
Our spacious ground floor villa has three bedrooms, off street parking and all the comforts of home. Whether you are here for a holiday, work or visiting for one of our many sporting events we are sure you will want to return.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with ceiling fan and wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with ceiling fan and wardrobe
Bedroom 3: our newly converted garage has a trio bunk, pull out sofa bed and TV. With a ceiling fan and private access It's the perfect retreat for the kids or extended families.
Kitchen: there is a full kitchen with ample bench space for cooking and preparing meals.
Lounge/Dining: The lounge area has a TV with FOXTEL and wifi all included. Dining area seats 6.
Bathroom: Large bathroom with separate shower and bath
Toilet: Separate toilet for your convenience
Patio: the outdoor patio with seating at the entrance way is a great spot to relax and unwind.

Located directly behind Sawtell's famous First avenue. We are on the corner of Second Ave and Elizabeth street. With a convenience store just 20m away and of course Sawtell Beach less than 250m away you won't need the car.
