We treat each guest exceptionally with respect and love to what we do as Cretan hospitality is for us the best part of what someone should live on every accommodation located on our island! We are sorry to read this malicious review and we do not know what motivated you to write something that is not true without even discussing with us so that we were able to help you if something really was not pleasant during your stay. Instead, you preferred to leave with negative impressions, but also to be dishonest, not mentioning the damages you caused to the house (a broken boiler, a coffee maker and plates) that we discovered when you left. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. However we were happy to meet you all and would be glad to accommodate your family again!
