This is a Private Fan Room with one bunk bed and a sofa bed perfect for up to four pax. No other guests will be sharing a room with you. Guests can enjoy fast unlimited internet browsing during their stay.
It is ideal for travelers and those who would want to spend a night or two in the City of Love (Iloilo City). It is near to SM City Mandurriao, 7/11 and other establishments.

The house has four private rooms and three shared bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy watching TV, read a book or mingle with other guests in the living room.
No Curfew Time. Guests will have their own keys to their assigned rooms.
Shampoo and Liquid Bath Soap are available for free in the Bathroom. Towels are provided upon check in.
Cooking and eating utensils are availble in the kitchen for those who would want to prepare their own food. For cooking, we use Butane Gas. For guests who would want to cook, they may need to buy the butane gas at P80/can. Other appliances like the fridge, rice cooker and electric kettle are also available. Purified drinking water is free.

-No Parking Space available in the house
-Check In Time: 2pm-8pm
-Early Check in or late Check Out will depend on room availability
-For New Guests- No CHECK IN is allowed between 10pm and 7am
