Welcome to Villa Hansa ! a two bedrooms pool villa , located in Rawai Phuket , 5 minutes away from Naiharn Beach (4 Km ) located in a street near main road and close to many shops , restaurants , massages etc.

The villa have two Bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 : Kind bed ( 72" * 78" ) , aircon , safety box and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 2 : King bed ( 72" * 78") , aircon and ensuite bathroom with shower.
A baby bed is also available if needed without additional charge.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need : Rice cooker , microwaves , water boiler , glass , plates and cooking ustensils etc...
In the living room with aircon we have a big sofa and you can enjoy Netflix on a 55 inches TV. We also provide a luxury bluetooth Harman Kardon speaker so you can enjoy music anywhere you want inside the villa !
Internet is 100 Mbits fiber optic with 5ghz Wifi.
Outdoor :
You can enjoy a beautiful tropical garden with outdoor sala and bbq. The pool is huge , 4 by 8 meters with automatic led lights at night for a very special scenery !
Rate included / Free of charge :
- Maid Cleaning service 1 time a week for booking over 7 nights
- All Linens & towels are provided ( shower towel , face towel and beach towel )
- Swimming Pool cleaning two times a week
- High speed internet 200 mbits and wifi.
- 55 Inches Tv with Netflix
- Luxury Bluetooth speaker Harman kardon. To enjoy music anywhere you want in the Villa. ( the speaker have to stay in the villa :)
Rate excluded :
- Electricity fees 5 THB per 1 unit (from 100THB to 200THB/day for a normal daily use)We will take a photo of the official meter when you arrive and another one at check-out. We will kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. This is not much, we have this policy in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
Early checkin :
As you can see the check in time in the house is 3PM. If you would like to arrive earlier please kinldy ask us. If we dont have other guests the same day we may be able to offer you free early checkin.
If we cant we can arrange something to help : for exemple a taxi can pick you up at 10AM at the airport and take you to have a nice lunch or goes to the beach until 3PM. The taxi will wait for you and then take you to the villa !
