The four bedroom villa is located between rice paddies and tea plantations in the quiet and peaceful area of Angulugaha.
Koggala beach is a 15 minutes drive away, the cute little beach town Unawatuna a 25 minutes one and Galle Dutch Fort is only 30 minutes.
Close by are two supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable shop, a bakery and local food restaurants. A Tuk Tuk driver or a scooter can be arranged to get around.
Four mountain bikes can be used at no cost to ride around the incredible scenery.

The house sleeps up to 12 people in 4 separate bedrooms and has three bathrooms and one outdoor shower. There are two large common areas with couches and an open kitchen which has all the basic equipment you need ( fridge, oven, gas stove, pans, pots, knives, chopping boards, dishes and cutlery etc).
The outside pool, which has been built within the working tea plantation, is facing the rice paddies and can be accessed directly from the living room.
There is a private Yoga Shala which can be used for private lessons, which we can help to organise.
