Torretta Cassano is a newly built villa with panoramic swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and dry stone walls in the countryside of Polignano a Mare. The property has a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a large outdoor area with veranda with kitchen, private swimming pool with tables, solarium area and a panoramic terrace. Torretta Cassano can accommodate up to 4 people, it is equipped with aircon and internet Wi-Fi, it is just perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Less than 30 minutes by drive away there are the sea and the major tourist destinations in the area, such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, the caves of Castellana Grotte and all the beautiful cities of Valle D’Itria.
The villa is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom in the living area. Outside the villa there are a large veranda with kitchen equipped with sink and induction plate, private pool and solarium area. The swimming pool (10m x 4m, hmax 1,60m) has tables perfect for having a cocktail or eating a some fruit, taking the sun in the pool and enjoying the excellent view of the Apulian countryside. The villa is surrounded by an olive grove, and there is a nice terrace with excellent panoramic view.
Torretta Cassano is far 54 Km from the Airport of Bari, 82Km far from the one of Brindisi. The closest sea is the one of Polignano a Mare, with rocks and coves, about 12 Km far, while the beautiful sand beaches of Monopoli are 14 Km far from the accomodation. Among the most beautiful touristic destinations around, the caves of Castellana Grotte at 6 Km, Conversano at 10 Km, Polignano a Mare at 12 Km, Monopoli at 14 Km, Alberobello at 19 Km, Locorotondo at 28 Km, Martina Franca at 34 Km, Cisternino at 35 Km, Ostuni at 50 Km, the gorgeous white sand beaches and the national park of Torre Guaceto, Matera at 70 Km and Lecce at 119 Km.
