The Cotton Wood Canyon Cabin offers all the luxuries of modern conveniences in an adorable 3 bed cabin space built in 2019. With a beautiful, rustic exterior, boasting large beams and a barn-like feel, this space truly captures the feeling of rural Montana.

This space has two bedrooms and one master suite each containing a queen bed. There is also a pack n’ play available should you need a sleep space for your little one. Roomy closet storage is available in each room along with blackout shades to help you sleep in complete darkness, even when the sun rises at 5am in the summer. Though this location is near I-90 and there is much daytime traffic, special care was taken to insulate each room well enough so the noise is not as noticible. The outside noises are minimum making the rooms calming for sleep. Every room in the house has radiant heat and it’s own separate thermostat. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook for your family with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and beautiful butcher block counters. Utensils, cookware and dining ware are provided on site. The kitchen also has a double sink and dishwasher for your convenience. The dining area seats 6 at a sturdy wood table. A high chair is also available for seating for a baby or toddler. The house is an open concept so you can enjoy your family and keep an eye on the kiddos while cooking. The living area has comfy sofas, a great entertainment center and faux fireplace creating a soothing atmosphere, perfect for snuggling up and watching movies or listening to music for background noise. It’s cozy, warm tones and hardwood floors create a relaxing, homey feel. Each bathroom has a heat light to keep you toasty while bathing and their beautiful custom built live edge wood slab countertops add extra rustic charm to this space. Top load washer and front load dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board. Board games and yard games are available on site to entertain the whole family. The wrap around porch is an excellent area to sit and enjoy the beautiful Montana scenery. If you’re lucky, you might spot a moose or two, as they often frequent the area during the summer months.

This cabin is only a short walking distance from one of Montana's hidden gems, the North Boulder river, located on the historic Senator Cardwell's / Candlestick Ranch. It is great for fisherman in any season. 5 miles away the must-see Lewis and Clark Caverns state park offers cave tours from May-September and candlelight cave tours around Christmas. The Cardwell convenience store and gas station and Moose Crossing Sweets and Gifts shop is a minute away giving you the ability to have a yummy treat or morning pick-me-up without having to drive to Whitehall. This area is regularly inhabited by wildlife, especially moose in the summer. This centrally located Cabin offers endless outdoor recreation adventures for you and your guests to partake in, including Pipestone OHV area, floating, kayaking and fishing on the North Boulder, Jefferson or Madison river, visiting the Ringing Rocks, hiking or backpacking in the Tobacco Roots or several other close mountain ranges, and visiting the breathtaking Yellowstone National Park 95 miles away just to name a few. This conveniently located cabin has all you need for a family get-away vacation or a rural Montana hunting/fishing trip.
