Situated on the historic river cam a short walk from Cambridge city center, this well appointed widebeam houseboat combines comfortable accommodation with stunning views across Stourbridge common and comes with a secluded private mooring.

Solid hardwood floor throughout, hand built solid hardwood kitchen, full size bath and master bed 3000 pocket sprung mattress. All located by the famous river cam on a private mooring with lawn and decking area.

Guests have access to a private garden which has decking and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

I have lived and worked on the river cam for nearly 20 years, as a boat builder and more recently as ships captain for a local passenger cruiser. I travelled the world when I was 21 but now find I generally visit Catalunya for holidays to see friends from university. I have worked for your space apartments who provide a similar service to air bnb although on a much more industrial scale, so I know what makes a good stay for guests.
