Each reservation of this property includes a $150 credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Live Well 30A! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
Welcome to Bon Villa! Located in Seagrove Beach, south of 30A, this beautiful cottage style beach home is the perfect host for your next getaway to the beautiful beaches of 30A! It is located just a short walk away from the beach and has a private heated pool!
The main level of the home has an open concept floor plan and is the perfect place for the whole family to be together. It has a modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large sectional and flat screen T.V. in the living area is the perfect to unwind with the family! This level also has 2 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and their own private baths. Off the Kitchen enjoy access to the private backyard oasis with a large porch, BBQ grill and a private pool!
The second level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, one with two full sized beds, and a full sized bed in the other as well, with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two rooms.

2nd floor:
-Guest Room with Two Full Sized Beds-Shared Jack-and Jill Bathroom
