Newly renovated condo in the center of Ocean City. The beach is just a few feet from your front door. A short walk to hotspots like Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill, Dry 85 OC, Ky West Restaurant & Bar, or the ever popular Seacrets. Or enjoy a treat at Candy Kitchen or Dumser’s Dairyland. Convenient location allows you to enjoy all that OC has to offer without having to sacrifice the luxury of a quiet, relaxing evening on the front deck.

We will supply limited paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies for use during your stay.
There are enough pillows, blankets and bath towels for each guest. Sheets are provided and MUST be used on the sofa beds. The bath towels are not for use as beach towels.
There are several beach chairs, a cooler and some sand toys in the downstairs storage unit. Please wash them off using the outside shower, located under the building. The key for the shower is located on the key rack by the front door. This must be returned to the rack prior to check-out.
Cable tv and free WiFi. A tv is located in the living room and bedroom.
The unit is completely smoke free! Smoking is permitted on the deck. Please dispose of cigarettes in the appropriate containers and do not throw over the rail or allow smoke to enter the unit.
