Spacious open floor plan including granite counter tops, ceramic tile flooring throughout, accent tile in the kitchen and bath, vaulted ceilings and custom lighting making this cottage unique. Two love seats in the living area and a full size couch in the porch allows for ample seating. This cottage has a flat screen tv in the family room with cable and wifi.

1.8 mile perimeter road, great for easy walks and biking
Wells/Ogunquit/Kennebunk Shoreline Trolley stop in front providing quick and easy access to local beaches and so many wonderful restaurants.
