Right off the "HIP STRIP" this historic gem, built in 1906, is ready for you to relax and enjoy all of Missoula. From the condo, located in the famous Bab's building, you can walk to the University, or across the bridge to the Wilma for a show. We are right next door to a fabulous Italian resturant and 2 min. away from the Roxy which features art films. Walk to everything and relax knowing you have a reserved parking space on the premises. This is truly one of the best spots in Missoula.

We are right by the river, resturants, the University of Montana and the center of the city. Enjoy the trails that are close by, rafting on the Clarks Fork River, skiing at Snowbowl, the Big Sky Film Festival, and some of the best fly fishing in the world!! It is absolutely a wonderful centrally located hystoric location!
