Guest upon arrival must turn on water to unit located on the outside wall, handle is in ash tray on kitchen counter. Must turn on breaker to refrigerator and hot water heater and turn off when leaving.
Please remember when opening blinds to turn the hand rod first to open the blinds , then slide over to open.
Bed in master bedroom is an Ikea mattress. This style of mattress is lower to the floor and does not require a box spring. I had a guest that thought it was missing the box spring.
