Best event space 7 minutes from downtown. We can facilitate any event or situation you can imagine. The space is wide open with cushion seating. It has a stage as well as a second floor seating. Any event with 35 or more guest will require security. Venue holds 250 - 300 comfortably and has two bathrooms. Receive 1 hr for set up and 1 hr for clean up The initial price is per hr with a 3 hr minimum if you would like more hours please notify me so we can accommodate your specific needs. Thank you

Great space and a great host. Always replied in a timely manner. We enjoyed the venue and it was perfect for our event.

This space is AMAZING ! Great for events , parties , etc. The only issue we had was that there was a bar included (but ofcourse people must pay for drinks) we weren’t aware of this , it was not in description when booked or mentioned in the tour we was given a week or so before…

Omg great space! much bigger than I thought I'd be! Errol and his team were so positive and helpful!!! this was a test run event for me and I think I've found the perfect location for future Events! Thanks alot
