You're staying in a privately owned property. We will be very much appreciated that you treat the space with respect, love, and care. Should any problems arise, we will definitely do our best to help with immediate action.
1) NO 24HOUR RECEPTION/STAFF: but there will be 24hour security stationing in the building to ensure your safety
2) NO HOUSEKEEPING in between your stay if your stay are less than 4 nights. Additional housekeeping can be arranged with a surcharge
3) NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: unable to provide due to limited space
4) SAFE KEEP ALL KEYS AND CARDS: you are responsible for the loss of either
5) PARK AT DESIGNATED PARKING LOT: security may clamp your vehicle for the wrong park. FINE will be imposed to unclamp the vehicle
6) LOVE & RESPECT THE STAFF & RESIDENT in the building
7) WEAR PROPER ATTIRE WHEN USING FACILITIES: proper swimming suite and sportswear are required for using the pool and gym.
8) DRY YOURSELF FIRST BEFORE YOU ENTER THE LIFT: don't go in the lift with wet body or cloths. FINE will be imposed to every violator.
