I built, with friends, a new 3BR, 2Bath rancher five miles from Ocean City, MD on 1 acre with woods in the back. I live with my friendly 10 year old Yellow Lab. The room has a big, comfortable Queen Bed! The door can be locked. You will have a Private, Full Bathroom!
