Nightly rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. Guests over a count of 4 will be charged a fee of $10 per person per night. Thus if you had 6 guests total for your reservation, you would be charged an additional $20 per night. This fee is charged at the time of booking and you will see it displayed appropriately. (Therefore you will not be charged this fee after booking unless you add additional guests to your reservation).

NOTE: Party sizes of 4 or less guests will not have access to the blankets and linens provided for the sofa sleepers. If your guest count is over 4 but under 6, we will provide you with access to the linens and blankets for one sofa sleeper. If your guest count is over 6 we will provide you access to linens and blankets for both sofa sleepers. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and linens to use on the sofa sleepers if your party size is smaller but you wish to use the sofa sleepers.

Pets welcome with prior approval, signed pet waiver and PAID non refundable pet deposit. ($75 pet deposit per stay up to 3 dogs this does NOT mean $25 each pet, it is a FLAT fee as this is what the cleaners charge to clean after pets) Cats are an additional fee and you MUST obtain approval from Tim and Tara ahead of time. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if left alone in the home. Guests provide own kennel.

PARKING: The HOA has implemented very strict on-street parking. Guests are only allowed to park in designated parking areas. If a guest parks in a non designated parking area, their car will be towed at the owner's expense. Stefano's Management, LLC is not liable for any towing. There is a small garage attached to the bungalow that you are able to use if your car fits. The bungalow is located in a townhouse community. The bungalow has no shared walls, however the entry way is through a shared courtyard.


COVID-19 Update
The cleaning rate for the bungalow reflects the additional work and cost associated with the added work effort implemented to clean the entire home.

To comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines here is a breakdown of how we are handling cleaning:
1) Step 1: We clean all hard surfaces with soap and water
2) Step 2: We disinfect all hard surfaces with industrial disinfectant
3) All linens will be cleaned with hot water (including comforters and blankets)
4) All cleaning supplies are disinfected after each use (brooms, vacuum cleaner, sponges, etc)

When renting our home, we supply you with an abundance of kitchen supplies, dinnerware and cutlery to use. We can not clean each and every item between each reservation. Thus you are using kitchen supplies that have not gone through the WHO recommended COVID-19 disinfectant process. All dishes and kitchen supplies are cleaned and put away upon your arrival, however may have been cleaned by previous guests. Thus we leave you with dish-soap to clean any and all of the dishes to your liking.

Shoes are also to be removed at the entrance to prevent the spread of COVID-19 throughout the home. We ask that guests abide by this rule during this pandemic.

For more information on what the WHO recommends as far as COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and street parking is much how to stay safe, please go to the WHO and CDC websites.

The communal pool is closed until May 18th, 2020. At that time it will reopen. However, we can not guarantee it will remain open and be open for your reservation due to the constant changing of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Additional paperwork is required to be signed at booking: Rental Contract and Check-In instructions via DocuSign.

We will provide you your own keyless entry code 2 weeks before your arrival.

We provide all linens, towels, blankets etc that you will need. Everything will be cleaned before your arrival.

We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

In the kitchen there are many spices that you are welcome to use. There may be food in the pantry as well. The refrigerator is filled with many condiments. We ask that you do not take any of these items with you when you leave, but rather leave them for other guests to use as well.

Pets are welcome, as we said, with prior approval, signed pet waiver and paid Non refundable pet deposit. The non refundable pet deposit is $75 for up to 3 dogs per stay.

Take note of any additional fees that may be incurred in the Property Description.

We are in a community close to restaurants, Litchfield Park, The Wigwam, Pebble Creek, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Goodyear Ballpark, State Farm Stadium and much much more. Our community has a communal pool and hot tub which our guests will have access to, as well as a basketball court and one of the coolest parks with play structures around. Harkins movie theater is a 10 minute walk so enjoy a show in the largest theater in Arizona!
