Come stay at your 315sq ft bell tent just 30 mins from the Grand Canyon south rim!
This rental comes equipped with
-Solar power 12v USB outlets and lighting!
-Wood burning stove for heat.
(Grab wood at the market)
-Indoor and outdoor cooking facilities (2 burner stove).
-Basic cooking needs (pots,plans,cutting knifes and utensils. Cups,plates,salt & pepper).
-French press and Tea pot
-Cooler to store food
-king size bed with bedding.
-Private bathroom with dry composting toilet.
-Hot water shower and sink.
-Caracol Bbq grill & fire pit
-WiFi!
Enjoy the night sky at the fire pit while you grill your evening meal. Due to zero light pollution this is the best place to star gaze, we are directly under the Milky Way, shooting stars frequent.

Guest have full access of property.
The property has 1 additional unit on it, Each space is private with its own amenities.
The entire acre is fenced.

Please keep in mind that nights can be very cold. There is a wood burning stove but please bring additional warm clothes to sleep in as well as house shoes to keep your toes warm.
**If the temperature falls below 25 degrees Fahrenheit, the outdoor shower and water facilities will be out of use during this time until the temperature increases. We will provide you with clean wash water and drinking water under these circumstances.
-Please do not let temperature affect the way you review us as we cannot be responsible for circumstances that are out of our control.
Our solar power is very efficient but Please be mindful of use.
As we are a green location and use solar, appliances such as hair dryers and flatirons any item that has a high wattage etc can NOT be used as it will drain power storage.
We check our solar system daily, if we notice any damage it will come out your deposit.
-Ask before you plug.
Dry composting toilet.
Pretty easy to use and simple composting system. There will be a manual on how to work our Toilet.
Our live stock are free rage. Our chickens, pigs & goats will say hello.
We also have two adorable dogs named Bentley & Lula very friendly!
