The owner lives in the property during the winter period, then during the summer they move to a small apartment on the ground floor, which is completely independent and with separate entrance. Furnished in a very familiar manner, with all modern facilities which provides a comfortable environment.

A few metres from the house in a mezzanine position is the sunken swimming pool which measures 5 meters x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 mt, it is available exclusively for the guests. (Children in the swimming pool or swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times). The owners have cats.
