My husband and I decided to move to Italy, and after lots of searching we found this property which was set in the most beautiful location but needed complete restoration. We lived in our Airstream trailer while the works were being carried out, and we fell more in love with the changing views each day.
Emilia Romagna has, in our opinion, some of the best food in Italy - whether its the Prosciutto from Parma, the Balsamic Vinegar from Modena or The Parmigiano Reggiano - and the locals love to offer and guide you in your choices.
We have over 20 acres of land, which offer uniterrupted views and an opportunity for total relaxation, and having both run our own businesses in the past we know how important it is to get away from everything sometimes.
We will be very happy to make suggestions - places you might enjoy - whether its the Ferrari/Lamborghini museums or beautiful Bologna with its arched colonnades and cafes.
We hope you will grow to love Emilia Romagna as much as we do.
We look forward to welcoming you and will be available as much or as little as you require. We have travelled extensively, particularly through Europe, and appreciate how important it is to have a welcoming base to return to each night.
