* In light of COVID-19, we would like to assure guest that we are cleaning every property using our Disinfection Checklist, which follows guidelines for disinfection laid out by Vic Health, EPA, and World Health Organization.
This modern 2 Bedroom ground floor unit is located within a heritage building, previously the old Victoria Brewery. It is located within walking distance to the CBD, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Richmond and Melbourne's sports and entertainment precint (MCG, Rod Laver, Olympic Park). East Melbourne is a quiet and charming suburb. We hope you love it as much as we do.

- Good security(front lobby entry, apartment entry and night security patrol)
- Free welcome bottle of wine upon arrival
We strive to be environmental and social conscious hosts and supply Thank You hand wash and body wash, Sukin Organics Shampoo & Conditioner and Who Gives a Crap toilet paper, tissue boxes and paper towels.

We look forward to hosting your stay! For guests which have less than three 5-star reviews, we do request that a $200 security deposit is made and that government ID is verified by AirBnb. The deposit is refunded on the day of checkout if everything is in good order. This is all processed through Airbnb, we are not able to accept cash.
We can accommodate check-ins between 3-9pm. If we have no guests the day prior, we can accommodate early check ins. Please check with us to be sure. Late check ins after 9pm will incur a $22 surcharge and $44 after 12am.
The nightly rate assumes 4 guests using the bedrooms. If sofa bed linen for the 4th guest is required, this will incur a charge of $20 per reservation.
If guests stay duration is longer than 10 days, a complimentary house keeping service is provided at the half way for change of towels and general cleaning. This is to assist with reducing the possibility of an extreme clean at the end. This will be coordinated with the Guest for a suitable time.
There is no air conditioning but as the apartment is south facing, it remains relatively cool.

Located in a quiet suburb, it is walking distance to hip Fitzroy and Collingwood. There is no shortage of good cafes and surrounded by beautiful parks. It is also easily walkable to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne and Olympic Park precinct.

An architect by profession, I also love culture and travel and so becoming an AirBnb host makes perfect sense as I get to enjoy hearing the different stories from our traveling guests. Melbourne(and Victoria) is a very special place to me.
