The apartment is airy, sunny, covering about 65 sq m or 700 sq ft and is air-conditioned with two different air-conditioning units. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an electric stove with 4 electric hotplates, a microwave oven as well as a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster. The visitor enjoys the sea, the entertainment places, while remaining close to the apartment itself to rest.

The apartment has a total of five beds and two sofas, that can be made into beds, if needed. It consists of:
a) a bedroom with a single bed and a bed and a half,
b) a long room that has a kitchen. It also has a double bed and a single bed, and
c) a room with a single bed and two sofas.
Thus, it can accommodate up to six people.
If needed, a baby cot or a sofa bed can be added.
