Walk or shuttle to the resort, activities, restaurants and shops at the Mountain House, River Run or Keystone Lake Village. Sleeps 6. Views of Keystone Mountain, the Snake River and Keystone Valley. Gas woodstove in the large living room with leather furniture, flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen has an extra table for prep space. The dining area seats 6. Private southwest-facing deck with seating for 2. Please note: No Smoking of any kind -- cigarettes, cigars nor marijuana -- is allowed on decks.

~ Queen in master bedroom. Master bath has separate vanity area.
~ Guest bedroom has queen, twin bunks and private bath.
LOCATION
Located in the heart of Keystone Resort near the Mountain House Base area and Ski and Ride School. Walk or shuttle to restaurants, shops, ski/board/bike rentals, nightlife and spa. Indoor complex hot tub and sauna are close by in the building just across the driveway. Just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain. Winter resort activities include ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides and events at Warren Station. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The recreation path which connects to all Summit County towns and resorts is just out the door. In summer enjoy the festivals at River Run Village, mountain biking, golf, hiking, watersports on Keystone Lake, horseback riding and more. Just 7 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Winter: Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, AT skiing, split-boarding, fat biking, ice climbing, traction hiking on trails, tubing, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, fly fishing, dog sledding, walking plowed rec paths, winter disc golf, playgrounds and snow-play, historical parks, birdwatching, photography, scenic drives, star gazing and simply enjoying the mountain views.
Summer: Hiking forest trails, walking or cycling over 55 miles of Rec Path, mountain climbing, mountain biking, lakefront exploration, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, wildlife, wildflower and bird watching, photography, star gazing, scenic drives, 4-wheel driving, picnic spots, parks, outdoor art walks, golfing 5 courses, outdoor markets, outdoor amphitheater, historic sites and just enjoying the mountain and lake views.
RESTAURANTS AND GROCERIES
Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
