Large Absolute Ocean Front Studio. Kona Magic Sands #202

This ocean front studio is one of the few units at this complex that offers an extra-large covered lanai. Fantastic views of the Sunset, Pacific Ocean and of Kona Magic Sands Beach which is located next door!

The unit is located on the second floor and is beautifully upgraded with Travertine floors, Granite countertops and is also equipped with air-conditioning. There is a Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, wireless broadband internet, and separate bathroom with a shower.

Kona Magic Sands offers an Ocean Front swimming pool, BBQ area & there are coin operated washers/dryers on-site. Magic Sands Beach is located right next door. Swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, boogey boarding, wading and people watching are popular activities. There is a restaurant conveniently located on-site and you may experience typical restaurant sounds.

Kahalu'u Beach, one mile away, is popular for snorkeling in shallow water while many visitors learn to surf at the north end of the beach. Keauhou Bay, approximately two miles away and has businesses providing fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. Or just a beautiful area to visit. Keauhou Shopping Center is also two miles from the condo with a large grocery store, Long's Drugs, several restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and even an emergency medical facility.

This is a non-smoking, no pets property. There is a 3-night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Ironman and Christmas Holidays. Hawaii ID: 117-210-3168-01. STVR-19-359383.
