On this private 1200 acre secluded and remote valley in the Arbuckle Mountains is my home, a family-built log cabin nestled among the hills.
A creek is 150 feet from the cabin. It can be heard from the deck most of the year.
A lake with two canoes is available, no charge, over the hill behind the cabin. Fishing and swimming are allowed.
A small waterfall is near.
This is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, not partiers.
I am 9 miles from Turner Falls.

Take note: when we built our cabin, we also built a storage shed to hold the logs as we built. This has been converted to a small cottage which is very near the cabin. If not booked the cottage is available if you want more space or just your privacy.
Otherwise other guests may be there. If you desire the cottage just to have the premises to yourselves, it will be half price if it is not used. You will find it at tiny log cottage in the woods.... https://abnb.me/mOXNcwJahcb
The hot tub is right next to the creek. While soaking in the tub you can listen to the creek and, on a clear night, enjoy the stars.
A small water fall is a 5 minute walk downstream.
Hiking over the hill to sportsman’s lake is strenuous in places but not too difficult to carry fishing poles or canoe paddles. Two canoes are there and a kayak may be available.
Several other trails are available and listed in the information notebook.
You can roast hotdogs on the campfire, play frisbee golf or cornhole.
My kitchen is completely stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. Also I have a nutribullet. All of my condiments in the refrigerator and spices in the cabinet are for your use.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo and foam soap.
Studies have shown how healing being in nature is. You will leave here feeling renewed, refreshed and ready to get back to nature soon!
