It faces south west and has outstanding views! It is quiet, with full time residents on either side and below. The club house with pool is directly across the parking lot. It is owner managed and we use it as well. We welcome guests from all backgrounds. Simple decor only; no granite or moose decor.

Parking is fright in front of the building. The bus stop is in front of the condo complex and shuttles go to various ski areas from the Silverthorne transportation center.
