The room and the apartment are quite stylish with a blend of old and new, it has been completely renovated and everything is brand new and stylish,
the house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very central and has plenty of free parking spaces yet in walking distance from all the main attractions Reykjavík has to offer.
The neighborhood is called Laugardalur in it is the biggest geothermal swimming pool in Iceland a very large park.

The apartment is in a three floor house that has a beautiful garden and the room is located on the third floor, there is a staircase to get to the room and on the same floor is the bathroom, on the floor below is a fully equipped brand new kitchen, there are 3 other rooms on the floor.

The house has a garden and a back porch where you can barbecue or just sit and enjoy the summer sky or night sky and hopefully catch some Northern Lights, the kitchen and two large bathrooms are shared with other guests so you can make new friends if you are lucky enough to bump into someone.
