This 3 bed spacious house has a large kitchen diner with 1800s bread oven feature, lounge with log burner, 3 generous bedrooms one with ensuite and large family bathroom with freestanding bath and spacious shower. Lovely country village location with two family pubs, a park great for children and a large independant supermarket which sells everything you could need. Plenty of lovely country walks straight from the door perfect for a getaway or home from home when working away.

Newely renovated and fully insulated this is a cosy fresh home away from home to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen has all the essentials and a large range cooker and in built dishwasher. There's a downstairs WC and utility with washing machine. The lounge is a great place to relax, enjoy some tv, read a book and a cosy fire in the winter. (A basket of logs and kindling will be provided for winter stays. October-March).
All the bedrooms are spacious with the master and second bedroom having king sized beds and the third a double. The master bedroom has a large ensuite and the family bathroom has a lovely large shower and freestanding bath.
We have a travel cot that can be set up in any of the bedrooms on request. Please note we do not provide baby blankets.
Children are welcome and we can provide a travel cot, steriliser, changing mat, high chair and fire guard on request.
The garden is south facing and gets the sun all day and into the evening. There is a table and chairs with umbrella, a great place to relax or for children to burn off some energy.

A lovely quiet friendly village with two family friendly pubs and an amazing independant supermarket that you can get anything from! There is a great childrens park and skate park. Good public transport to surrounding towns via bus and the train station - Gobowen is only 2 miles away.
We are very close to Oswestry, Llangollen, Wrexham and Ellesmere, with Shrewsbury and Chester only being 30 minutes drive.
We are in a great location for the welsh hills and fantastic walks, mountain bikes and climbing routes.
If you fancy a day to the city manchester is 1hr 10 away or the beach is 1hr 30mins drive.
