Spacious, airy and comfortable home, we have 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, 4 parking spaces, barbecue, crib, child pot adapter and cooking utensils. Our house is 500 meters from Avenida Itaguá Beach with the best restaurants, schooner trips, shops, ice cream shops, markets, bakeries and gas stations. In five minutes it is in the beaches of Tenório and Grande, to another side in fifteen minutes the Beach of Itamambuca.
