Nestled in the spectacular Crystal River Valley, in the historic town of Marble (Main St.), this 3,000sf custom log masterpieces is the quintessential Colorado mountain retreat. With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, the home is a perfect fit for multi-family gatherings. World class fishing, hunting, and ATV activities are all available at your finger tips. Experience for yourself the charming town of Marble, one of the few undiscovered jewels of the Western United States.

While the overall feel is that of a classic log home, the professionally curated interior design of the house mixes mountain modern furnishings, including Scandinavian designed furniture, Turkish rugs, and other high end touches. Both king mattresses, purchased in 2018, and are top of the line. Additionally, the downstairs sofa sleeper is also new, with a Tempurpedic mattress.
A lower patio has recently been added to the property, boasting a 5-person hot tub, a 6-person barrel sauna, and an outdoor shower. These features help make the home enjoyable in all four seasons, for larger groups, or simply a romantic getaway for two.

Guests have full access to the house and property. Garage is private and to remain locked, unless authorized by the host.

The town of Marble relies on satellite for WiFi. While the network speed is capable for surfing the web and using email, it is not suitable for downloading large files, or conducting Zoom / video calls.
Winter guests should be aware that the inclined driveway leading to the house is often snow-packed. If you are not 100% confident in the ability of your vehicle to manage the terrain, it is advised that you park up on the road. There is a five gallon bucket of salt/sand mix on the front porch available for use.
