INSIDE THE HOUSE
This spacious Tahoe Donner home nestled in the trees welcomes you and your family with it's open great room that flows from Living Room to Dining Room into the Kitchen and opens on to a deck with great forest views. The open floor plan provides for easy lounging and entertaining. The first guest bedroom is located upstairs with the powder room and the master suite, two other guest bedrooms with shared guest bath are on the lower level. The master suite boasts it's own private deck as well. The whole family can hang together or spread out for some down time, either way this home will have you returning year after year to create everlasting memories!
Our Stockholm Vacation Retreat is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse and the Rec Center, that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.
Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.
Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.
Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
Whatever the season Tahoe Donner offers a verity of activities, either you like the beach in the summer, the pool, a nice hike or a day of skiing followed by a relaxing evening at Trout Creek Recreational Center, you'll fall in love with this area.
We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, The California Highway Patrol requires chains during large winter storms.
