"KK City HomeStay" is Clean & Comfort 2-bedrooms private apartment situated at Cyber City Apartment-1 which is just 5-minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
Guest will occupy the entire apartment (whole unit) that is conveniently located at ground floor. Our apartment comfortably sleep up to 6 persons (1 queen bed and 4 single beds) well furnished using IKEA furniture and amenities.
Many shops nearby. From our place to KK city takes around 10 minutes and 'Grab car' easily available.

1) 2-bedrooms (air-conditioned) with 5 beds (a queen-sized and 4 single beds).
2) Living room with sofa and tv (Astro Njoi) & free Wifi.
3) Kitchen with basic utensils (mini fridge, electric kettle, induction cooker, pots & pans, cutlery, toaster oven, rice cooker, water filter etc.).
4) Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee for guests.
5) Special arrangement for family with children (books, toys, baby stroller).
Furnished with IKEA inspired furniture to provide a clean & comfort living experience.

Swimming pool, children playground and an indoor badminton court are within walking distance.

No smoking
- For the convenience of other guests, strictly NO SMOKING in the premises. However, feel free to smoke outside the apartment since we're on the ground floor.

No 'strong smell' food or fruits inside the apartment.
