New two bedroom* house in a quiet rural setting just 1 km from the town of Lac du Bonnet and boat launch, 1.5 km from beach. Fantastic view of sunsets from the 12' X 16' covered deck. Newly installed Air Conditioner. Groomed snowmobile and walking trails 250 feet away

Features include 2 top quality queen beds, fire pit, cable TV, internet. House is very clean. Accommodation is two very well soundproofed independent duplexes, separate entrance (with a lock off a joining door) - set up for 2 or 4 people each but has the uniqueness that family or friends can rent the other half of the duplex also equipped for 4 people (2 bedrooms, separate private covered deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and private bath).* This house has 2 rooms but for $99.00 - $159.00 per night (view calendar for nightly pricing), one of the rooms is locked off - and no one else outside your booking will be staying in it. There is a maximum 2 people when renting for base rate ($99.00(low demand days) ranging up to $159.00 (high demand days) but can accomidate up to 4-5 people in total per unit. If you have a 3rd or 4th guest it is $10.00 extra per person and the second bedroom is opened up. Low season rates are around $99.00 per night, High season rated, Christmas & New Years, long weekends, July and August are $139 to $159. Special pricing may apply in June and September as well. Has 2 rooms but for ($99.00/night winter -$139-159 Summer) one of the rooms is locked off. NO SMOKING

When is the last time you went snowshoeing? we have purchased new snow shoes for for your use at no aditional cost for the 20/21 winter season - please ask for them at check in. Guests have 100% access to private (no one else is in your unit) 1 or 2 bedroom duplex, including living room with LCD TV, Fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom for 1 or 2 guests) (two bedrooms for 3 or 4 guests) each with a queen bed. Beautiful 12 X 16 foot covered deck, large grassed yard with private fire pit and firewood provided. The propertyis new, is very clean, very modern, and very well sound insulated between units. For ($99.00 low season) you get one bedroom and maximum 2 people can stay. For a 3rd and 4th guest the fee is $10.00 per person and the second bedroom is opened up. High season is Christmas / New Years, Long weekends, July and August (Week days are $145 / weekend days are $159) There is a 10% discount for week long or longer stays. *If two people want separate beds we open up second bedroom for $10.
