Amazing E Pine St Historic District location with access to multiple trails and short walks to the University of Montana campus, The Wilma, Washington-Grizzly Stadium, and Adams Center, a 5m walk to the shops on Higgins, farmer's markets, and close to dozens of great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The 700 sq ft unit features a private, second story deck w/ mountain views, and access to a shared patio and hot tub at ground level.

A private entrance and the 2nd floor is yours. There's a queen bed, a love-seat that folds out into an additional twin bed, a kitchenette, and a private balcony with downtown & Mt. Sentinel views that's perfect for sipping coffee or a glass of wine. The hot tub is downstairs on the patio. It's shared among 2 guest units and myself, but you'll likely have it to yourself. Laundry is available in the garage.

The gate at the East (left) side of the house leads to a shared patio area with a hot tub. Your code will also open the door at the back of the garage where you can store bicycles and do laundry.

I moved to Missoula from Iowa a few years ago. I love to hike, ski, and practice jiujitsu. ...and I'll be back to tennis when my knees will cooperate. I live with my young adult daughter, her dog and a cat.

I live on the main level of the house, so I'm nearby if there are questions or concerns. There are locking interior doors inside the entryway, so the unit is completely private. I'm close by if needed, but I let my guests enjoy their privacy.
