We are happy to accommodate your well-behaved dog(s) as long as they don't wreak havoc on our home (your responsibility if they do with an additional cleaning fee) as well as cleaning up after them in the yard and wherever you take them for walks. Please keep them out of the gardens. You are welcome to graze on anything ripe in the gardens. Please do not smoke ANYTHING in the house (yes, this is Colorado) and close doors/windows to the house if you are smoking outside. And please dispose of your cigarettes properly. Please be mindful this is a neighborhood with real folks living and working here....quiet time after 10pm is very important. Other then that...mi casa es su casa.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming house. Lots of places to hang out and our favorite was the balcony upstairs. They have a killer shower and well planned kitchen. Very nice neighborhood too. We had a fantastic time in Durango and we definitely would stay in their place …
