This is one-side of a side-by-side/townhome. Brand new paint and furnishings! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and one large bathroom with shower, laundry downstairs. There is a deck upstairs as well as front porch downstairs. Out door shower with hot and cold water is exception especially after a long, sandy day at the beach.

Guests will have full access to all bedrooms, upper deck, lower front porch, backyard and common areas.

Both sides of the town home are rented on airbnb. Please inquire for larger parties.
Please be respectful of neighbors across the street and on the block.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE STRIVE TO OFFER THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCT AT A COST EFFECTIVE PRICE FOR ALL PEOPLE (small families and larger parties alike).
AS SUCH, THERE IS A $30/ per person/per night fee for PARTIES OVER 5 GUESTS.
This allows us to cover cost while being fair to everyone.
