Cozy 4 bdrm, 1 bath cabin located on a quiet side street, this large tree lined lot offers a little of everything! Minutes walk to local eateries, Lanky's and The G.B. Diner, as well as views from the end of the street of sunsets over the water. A 10 min. walk to the G.B. Boardwalk for a day of sand and sun or relax in the shade of the private backyard equipped with lawn chairs, BBQ w/tank, and enclosed fire pit. Recently sprayed for spiders to protect against "unwanted guests". Yours to Enjoy!

Fully stocked kitchen (fridges x2, full stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker) along with all the pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, serving and BBQ utensils, serving trays, mixing bowls you could possibly need.
We provide all cleaning supplies and garbage bags, along with hand soap, paper towels, facial tissue and toilet paper plus plastic wrap and tin foil.
Sorry we do not supply towels of any kind, sheets, blankets or pillows for beds.
Pets are welcome as long as they are house broken.
