Peninsula Holiday Rentals welcomes you to this lovely four bedroom home just a few minutes walk to Pearse's Ocean Beach. This home exudes coastal charm and is perfect for a family or group of friends, sleeping up to 11 guests.

Ideal for a holiday at any time of year, Woodland Haven has an open fireplace in the main living/dining area, a great place to snuggle up during winter with a good book and glass of wine. There's also a large TV with Foxtel (standard package).
Second living area also has a large TV and DVD player, with DVDs, books and boardgames available for guests.
On those balmy nights you have an undercover outdoor entertainment area to enjoy which boasts a large BBQ and dining for 6 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials including dishwasher, Aldi coffee pod machine, microwave, electric stove top, oven, fridge/freezer and secondary bar fridge.
Indoor dining is available for 12, plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
Bathroom facilities include: master bedroom ensuite with separate shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity. Second two-way ensuite includes shower, toilet and vanity.
Laundry facilities include: combination washer/dryer and outdoor clothesline
