We are very happy to catch up for some local tips. Michael and I have done extensive camping and travelling locally and around Australia. My husband works and I work part-time and live a busy life with my small children. We are not home all day, still have day time sleeps. But make time to catch up with guests when wanted.
Family friendly. If you have any special requirements, please let us know. We sometimes travel in remote areas with no phone or Internet access and my response time might then be delate.

I'm a mother of 2 small children and a qualified Iyenger Yoga treacher. Yoga is a big part of my live with regular practice and teaching a few times a week.
I moved to Darwin from my native Germany in 1997 where I trained as a physiotherapist. My husband, Michael, who also is a Physio, and I like to travel, camp and bushwalk, which has slowed us down a little since the arrival of our first daughter in 2011, but not to much :). We still manage to travel and camp, but the bushwalking with overnight camping might need to wait for a few years.
We travel regular to Germany to visit my family and to the East coast to see Michael's family. But otherwise travel to Asia for holidays on a regular basis.
Our favioured 5 destinations:Siem Reap (Cambodia), Hoi An (Vietnam), Nyuhkuning village (Bali), Nice (France), Florence (Italy) and Cape Ferrett (Atlantic Coast France), oops 6 favioured :).
We love good food and think that the food recommodations from the Lonely Planet are excellant.
